Eric.Schmidt@cantor.com Pancreatic cancer is (finally!) having its day in the sun, and the excitement
Alexa Deemer Conzola, MD at our Oncology Day panel was quite palpable. We had the privilege of
212-610-2242 welcoming two expert GI medical oncologists, each with extensive clinical
Alexa.Deemer@cantor.com experience and deep insight into the rapidly changing pancreatic ductal
Imogen Mansfield adenocarcinoma (PDAC) landscape. 929-545-6495

Li Watsek ●The primary focus of discussion centered on the emergence of Ras
212-915-1221 inhibitors in the metastatic setting. While both KOLs agreed that pan-
Li.Watsek@cantor.com Ras inhibitors will soon become the standard of care in the 2L+ setting,
there were conflicting views about the likelihood of success in 1L PDAC.
This was a very lively panel with some non-consensus views. Keep

Move Over Chemo, It's Time For Ras Inhibitors To Shine...
●The KOLs noted that although chemotherapy is the backbone of
treatment in the metastatic setting today, they expect the landscape
to shift meaningfully as Ras inhibitors penetrate the market in the not-
so-distant future.
●In the 2L+ setting, the discussion focused on the recent top-
line OS data from RevMed's (NC) RASolute-302 study evaluating
pan-Ras inhibitor, daraxonrasib, against chemotherapy. The study
demonstrated unprecedented results, showing an approximate
doubling in overall survival relative to chemotherapy.
●Additional efficacy data (PFS, ORR) will be presented at ASCO.
