4). In HR+ HER2- mBC, CDK4/6is lead most modalities, while endocrine therapy accounts
for the majority of adjuvant disease (Exhibits 5-10). In prostate cancer, AR-targeted
therapies dominate but radio-ligands are starting to gain (Exhibit 11-14). See pg. 2-8.
Looking ahead, our KOLs expect increasing uptake of combo therapies across the
paradigms. In ovarian tumors, FRα-targeted approaches are gaining traction, particularly Abbreviations:
in platinum-resistant disease.
