●LLY initiated a phase 3 placebo-controlled study of yearly dosing of

donanemab in participants who have completed the TRAILBLAZER-ALZ-3

extension study.

Advancements on the business development front:

●REGN announced that it has entered into a strategic collaboration with

Parabilis to develop Antibody-Helicon Conjugates (AHCs) using Parabilis’

novel Helicon peptide platform. The technology is designed to target

challenging and historically “undruggable” targets by delivering Helicon

payloads to selectively modulate intracellular proteins. Per the terms of the

deal, REGN will pay $125M ($50M upfront, $75M equity) with up to another

~$2.2B in milestones and tiered royalties.

●LLY acquired Engage Bio to accelerate the development of non-viral genetic

medicines. Here, LLY's $202M cash offer included an upfront offer with

subsequent developmental milestone payments.

●GILD broadened its partnership with Yuhan, an API manufacturer based in

Korea, agreeing to a $140M supply deal for API of an undisclosed product.

●LLY disclosed a debt offering of notes in a recent 8-K filing with net proceeds

of approximately $8.94 billion after underwriting discounts.

●GILD announced the completion of the Tubulis acquisition, strengthening its

oncology portfolio with key product candidates such as TUB-040, a NaPi2b-

directed TOPO1i ADC for the treatment of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer,

and TUB-030, a 5T4-directed ADC for various solid tumor types.
