Dr. Jack Mintz is the President’s Fellow at the School of Public Policy at the University of

Calgary and a Senior Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute. He is one of Canada’s leading

experts on tax policy and public finance and has advised governments and institutions on

economic and regulatory issues. He previously served as President and CEO of the C.D.

Howe Institute and has held academic roles at the University of Toronto and Queen’s

University. He is a Member of the Order of Canada.
