LIFE Investment Thesis MDx Health aims to improve prostate cancer diagnosis with its proprietary genomic tests. Currently, an estimated 25 million PSA

(Prostate Specific Antigen) tests are performed each year in the U.S., 15% of which reveal heightened PSA levels. The PSA test has

been regarded by some as the gold standard in urology and the primary care, however, it is rated a "C" by the USPSTF and is not

always clinically actionable as every positive PSA should be followed by a clinical test. Thus, the estimated pool of undiagnosed

men informed each year of their heightened risk for prostate cancer is >3 million. Symptomatic men and clinicians have few tools atSCIENCE their disposal to manage this risk aside from invasive and repeated needle biopsies. MDx’s novel prostate cancer solutions provide

physicians with a clear clinical pathway to accurately identify clinically significant prostate cancer while minimizing use of invasive

procedures which are prone to complications. MDx’s unique approach combines clinical modeling with genomic data to provideAND

each patient with a personalized cancer risk profile, providing actionable information over standard risk factors such as PSA and

digital rectal exam (DRE). Confirm MDx is an epigenetic test to identify at-risk men for prostate cancer, as ~30% of men with a

negative biopsy result actually have prostate cancer. Select MDx provides non-invasive urine-based “rule-out”, which improves the

diagnostic disposition of patients by avoiding ~50% of unnecessary prostate biopsies. The test also has 95% negative predictive
