ASCO 2026 abstracts were released today after market close and we highlight key data +1-212-713 6241

in our coverage universe. BNTX/BMY reported the first global clinical data from

ROSETTA-Lung-02 trial (Phase 2) for pumitamig + chemo in 1L NSCLC. SMMT provided

ivo + chemo Phase 2 data from the global extension in 1L pMMR/MSS CRC. KURA

reported preliminary data from darlifarnib + adagrasib in KRAS G12C-mutated solid

tumors. CATX showed updated data from VMT01 in metastatic melanoma. NUVL

showed zidesamtinib data in ROS1+ solid tumors (other than NSCLC). PFE (relevant to

SMMT, BNTX) showed updated PD-1xVEGF BsAb Phase 2 data in 1L PD-L1+ NSCLC.

BNTX/BMY - Pumitamig + chemo showed comparable efficacy and safety profile

vs. other PD-(L)1 × VEGF bispecifics, supporting ongoing Ph3 in 1L NSCLC

Abstract 8513: BNTX reported the first global Phase 2 data of pumitamig +

chemotherapy in 1L NSCLC. In the overall response-evaluable population (n=40),

unconfirmed ORR was 70% (28 of 40 patients), confirmed ORR was 53% with 5

responses pending confirmation. By histology, unconfirmed ORR was 74% in squamous

NSCLC and 67% in non-squamous NSCLC. In the lower 1400mg dose selected for

Phase 3, ORR reached 82% in squamous and 73% in non-squamous NSCLC. Data

compared favorably to ivo + chemo's 67% ORR in squamous and 52% ORR in non-

squamous NSCLC and PFE/3SBio's data (Figure 1ComparisonofPD-(L)1/VEGFbispecific+chemoPhase2trialsin1Lsq/nsqNSCLC), and supports pumi's activity as a 1L

chemo-combo regimen.
