are a bit clearer. Management effectively lays out a consistent growth stack: price (CPI+ or
3-4%), underlying market growth (1-3% contribution to ROL organic, but growing at a 6%
CAGR), and share/portfolio capture (+15-20% contributed to organic from ancillary & cross-sell).
The key incremental shift is that levers previously talked about as “upside” (ancillary
penetration, commercial scaling, retention lift, cross-brand collaboration) are positioned as
potential core parts of the growth engine. And within this:
