Telenor has initiated the first tranche of its NOK 15bn three-year share buyback programme
following AGM approval, with up to NOK 6bn to be deployed in 2026 (capped at 54m shares) to
optimise its capital structure. The programme combines market repurchases of up to 24.9m
shares (NOK 2.76bn) with a pro rata redemption of up to 29.1m shares (NOK 3.24bn) from the
Norwegian State, preserving its 53.97% ownership. Execution will be handled by an
independent third party from 1 June 2026 to February 2027, with plans to cancel repurchased
shares post-2027 AGM, in line with regulatory safe harbour provisions. Source: Company (20

Satellite - AST SpaceMobile advances Bluebird launches and network strategy
AST SpaceMobile is preparing to launch three BlueBird satellites, with units #8 and #10 already
enroute to Cape Canaveral and #9 expected to ship shortly, ahead of a planned mid-June

Zegona - Expands high-speed connectivity for second homes
Zegona has expanded its broadband offering by providing 1Gbps fibre connectivity to second
homes across its entire Fibre-Optic network. To promote the service, customers can subscribe
to the Plan at a discounted rate of €15 per month, down from the usual €20. For homes outside
Fibre coverage areas, Zegona also offers the 5G FWA service, delivering unlimited data at
maximum 5G speeds of up to 1Gbps for €16 per month, including the Router. Source:
