(FRM) averaged 6.36% as of May 14th, 2026, -1bps w/w and -45bps y/y. The 15yr FRM United States
averaged 5.71%, -1bps w/w and -21bps y/y. Homebuilders, Building Materials

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) reports the Market Outlook from the Realtors
Confidence Index(RCI) showed a relatively stable view for buyers and sellers on a
monthly and annual basis.
Key Events in the Week Ahead
James Hardie (JHX AU), Eagle Materials (EXP), Toll Brothers (TOL), Advanced Drainage
Systems (WMS) and Hovnanian Enterprises (HOV) are expected to report quarterly
earnings through May 22nd. Macroeconomic indicators to be released this week: NAHB
