Last week the primary SF market saw nearly dozen new deals pricing, while the 18 May 2026

secondary market experienced continued elevated BWIC activity in CLOs and depressed Structured Finance

activity in ABS/MBS. Spreads were little changed. The issuers are taking advantage of EMEA, APAC, LatAm
