Noema Pharma Overview

Noema (private) is a clinical-stage CNS company developing therapies for

underserved neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. The company’s

portfolio includes three assets that originated from Roche, with a focus

on indications characterized by significant unmet need, limited innovation,

and challenging symptom burden.

A recurring theme throughout the discussion was that many

CNS indications remain significantly underserved despite mechanistic

advances in neuroscience.

●The company is prioritizing indications where currently available

therapies are limited by tolerability, efficacy durability, or treatment

burden

●Noema emphasized the importance of selecting clinically meaningful

endpoints and minimizing trial “noise” in highly variable CNS disorders

The pipeline already has multiple mid-stage programs:

●Basimglurant (mGluR5 MOA) in trigeminal neuralgia, which will move

into phase 3 later this year

●Cendifensine (monoamine modulator) for VMS

●Gemlapodect (PDE10A inhibitor) for Tourette Syndrome, although we

didn't spend time on this one
