We hosted Dr. Jose Ruah-Hain (MD Anderson Cancer Center) to hear his views
on the rapidly evolving ovarian cancer treatment landscape. Dr. Ruah-Hain treats
~50–60 ovarian cancer patients per year, with a large proportion of heavily pretreated
PROC patients seeking clinical trial access. The call covered ADC targets (FRα. NaPi2b,
CDH6, B7H4), non-ADC therapies (Rosella, KEYNOTE-B96, ZN-c3 WEE1 inhibitor),
and sequencing across disease settings.

The KOL force-ranked the ADC targets by excitement in PROC:
1. Rina-S (FRα) – most advanced, pivotal update in 2H26E, manageable tox,
first-mover advantage is why KOL this Rina-S likely to be used (used PARPi
analogy)
2. R-DXd (CDH6) – close second behind Rina-S, strong data, Phase III enrolling
rapidly; but Rina-S slightly ahead because oncologists may feel more
comfortable managing neutropenia than pneumonitis
3. Mocertatug (B7H4) – differentiated MoA with immune-engagement potential
4. TUB-040 (NaPi2b) – exciting ORR, clean safety, but earlier stage
5. AZN-5335 (FRα) – similar efficacy/tox to Rina-S but appears to be later; "living
late"
