Takeaways from Navigate 2026

es this uplift reflects continued usage post-go-live,

expansion into additional modules (payments, expense mgmt, VIP services, meetings & events),

and increased GBV as customers normalize travel volume onto the platform. Mgmt emphasized

that the y/y step-up in rev is a core driver of NAVN's ~90% forward rev visibility as well as the

compounding nature of NAVN's cohort stack over time. By segment, mgmt called out a ~7-8 month

timeline from sign-on to full rev contribution for the SLG segment, while the PLG segment is typically

fully ramped within ~7 weeks.

Clear Pathway to Further Margin Expansion. NAVN outlined multiple levers to drive durable

profitability and FCF expansion over time. On topline, mgmt expects to drive increased adoption

of higher-margin offerings such as VIP Services and Meetings & Events while increasing attach of

Payments, Expense, and Bleisure post-onboard as customers ramp usage. On GMs, mgmt expects

expansion to be driven by AI-led cost-to-serve optimization (AI currently deflecting ~55% of support

interactions), increasing usage of proprietary models (currently ~30% of AI usage), and the ongoing

migration of R&M customers to the NAVN platform. On opex, mgmt expects S&M efficiency to

continue to improve as front-loaded GTM spend is rationalized by stronger conversion and faster

ramp times. Mgmt emphasized a disciplined R&D approach, noting ~14% of rev is invested to drive

product launches and AI innovation without disproportionate cost growth. Lastly, G&A leverage is

expected as fixed infrastructure and public company costs are spread across a scaling rev base.

New AI Offerings Further Bolster the Platform. NAVN introduced a new suite of AI-driven
