believe the price action is related to headlines circulating by the Capital Forum related
to the DOJ having potentially started a criminal price-fixing probe into the company, with
a focus on CTEV’s Data iSight pricing tool. The news follows the DOJ’s statement of
interest (filed in March 2025) related to a separate class-action antitrust lawsuit brought
by several states (which are now centralized in the Northern District of Illinois), which had
mostly denied motions to dismiss in June 2025, and entered the discovery phase in April
