Visional (4194 JP) through HRMOS announced that it has launched a new labour
management service that leverages information collected during the hiring process to support
employee retention after joining the company. By using interview evaluations and candidates’
preferences at the workplace after assignment, the service makes it easier to provide tailored
retention support on the ground. In an interview with the Nikkei, Ms Risako Suefuji said that
it will use AI to improve the feedback mechanisms of Bizreach and would be a competitive
advantage to have 3.3mn candidate CVs on the platform which the data can be enhanced.
dip (2379 JP) said that the wage growth in the manufacturing and technology sector is largest
with 28.2% wage rise to ¥1,537 per hour. It is increasingly easier for SMEs to pass on wage
growth through price rises. However, food and beverage sector is experiencing less wage
growth, up 2.4% YoY.
