Barclays' view. Second article highlighting ongoing discussions around a potential Baemin

sale, with Uber increasingly flagged as an interested buyer, potentially alongside Naver. We

think a sale would be positive for Delivery Hero.

•• Delivery Hero / Glovo - Agreement on Glovo's ERE: layoffs drop from 750 to 436 riders

(elPeriodico, 13/05/2026) Glovo has reached an agreement with majority unions on its

employment regulation process (ERE) in Spain, reducing planned rider layoffs from 750 to 436,

with a further 68 riders to be relocated to nearby cities. Affected riders will receive compensation

equivalent to 37 days per year worked, rising to 42 days in cases where relocation is not

possible, and Glovo committed to negotiating a new collective agreement governing its delivery

fleets. The restructuring affects operations in several smaller Spanish cities, where Glovo will

continue service via subcontracted fleets.

Barclays' view. Positive step with some resolution in Spain, though still some broader legal

cases remain in Spain/Italy.
