Annualized rep productivity rose to $2.2M and management continues to see headroom for growth as the company scales

towards 100 territories within the next 12mo. SIBN exited the quarter with 1,650 active physicians (+17% y/y), notably avoiding the

typical 4Q to 1Q pullback and exceeding the 1,640 count from YE25. Management reiterated that surgeons who have worked with the

company for 1+ years perform 3x the case volume of new users, reinforcing adoption consistency with a hybrid model of 89 direct territory

managers and over 300 third-party agents. The direct sales force model is focused on driving depth in spine and interventional segments,

while the SNN partnership (having completed its first phase of field rollout in April) provides broad access to Level 1 and 2 trauma centers.

For the SNN partnership, training and surgical capacity rollout is anticipated to be completed before 3Q26, with revenue contribution

beginning to build in 3Q and accelerating into 4Q.
