the immediate suspension of the acts of homologation, adjudication and signing of
LRCAP contracts, in a statement filed on Tuesday (12), in a lawsuit filed by
Abraenergias (Brazilian Association of Unions and Associations Representing Energy
Industries) against the bid. The auction calendar foresees that the homologation
and award will be made between the end of May and the beginning of June, and the
