AMG’s unique positioning as the only local producer of battery-grade lithium Mengxian Sun, CFA
hydroxide in Europe, and a critical recycler of vanadium and other specialty metals

in the US and EU. Management emphasized unprecedented inbound interest from
governments and industry partners seeking to localize production of strategic
metals (e.g. lithium, vanadium) traditionally imported from China. AMG’s role as a
“one-stop-shop” for Western critical materials – from battery chemicals to
aerospace alloys – has firmly moved into the spotlight, supporting the equity story.
CO2 Abatement & Electrification at the Core: AMG’s portfolio is unified by CO₂
reduction and energy-transition themes, providing both lightweight, heat-resistant
materials and battery inputs that enable decarbonization. Management framed the
business as a “critical materials toolbox” serving two pillars: (1) Aerospace &
Energy Efficiency – e.g., vanadium and titanium alloys that lighten aircraft and
improve jet engine efficiency – and (2) Electric Mobility & Storage – e.g., lithium
