Congress Moving Forward with Reconciliation 2.0 without 11 May 2026

Healthcare Provisions High Yield Credit

On May 4, Senate Committees released details of their proposed Reconciliation 2.0 United States

legislation to provide roughly $72 billion in funding for Immigration enforcement and Washington Healthcare

Customs and Border Patrol. However, we note that there were no healthcare related

provisions included in the Reconciliation proposals at this time. Congress is expected to Table of Contents

continue work on the Reconciliation bill over the next several weeks with a goal of

On May 4, HHS issued a memo to encourage providers to limit psychiatric Abbreviations
