boost domestic demand. The meeting urged stronger support for “Two Major”

construction and “Two New” initiatives and adjusting monetary policy tools as needed.

It also emphasized expanding domestic demand by improving quality supply for

different consumer groups, tapping service consumption potential and advancing the

“six networks” plan.
