The SIA Bullhorn Staffing Indicator, which tracks temporary staffing hours worked based

on the Bullhorn software, was +8% yoy for the week ending 7/11, down from +11% in Brianna Kamdoum

the prior week (Fourth of July) but still strong. Commercial staffing was +10% yoy, Associate Analyst

below +15% in the previous week including Light Industrial strength (+14%) while brianna.kamdoum@ubs.com

Office/Clerical weakness persists (-6%). Professional staffing was +5%, down from

+6% in the the previous week, while IT staffing was +5% yoy, down from +6% in the

prior week. On a rolling 4-week basis, the headline index was +8% yoy, similar to the

previous week.

UBS Evidence Lab US Active Job Listings Declines

According to the UBS Evidence Lab US Job Listings Monitor (> Access Dataset), which

tracks job openings across 50,000 US companies, total active job listings were -3% in

the week ending 7/18, down from flat in the prior week. The rolling 4-week average

decline was flat yoy, down from +1% in the previous week.

Bright Horizons to Open New U.K. Nursery

Bright Horizons is set to open a new nursery in Essex, England in early 2027.
