Thopen, Denham's DG company, prepares "RJ" request Analyst

Aneel takes battery auctions to public consultation without defining the

apportionment of the charge

The technical area of ANEEL proposed the opening of a public consultation on the

notices for battery auctions before defining how the Power Charge for Reserve

Capacity (Ercap) will be divided among the generators. As a result, the bids will

proceed to public discussion, even without the agency having defined how much

each agent will pay for the charge. Although the drafts confirm that the cost will be

borne exclusively by the generation segment, as provided for in Law 15,269/2025,
