prescription market. According to the data, the May market decreased +6.8% and April- Mark Yokoyama

June 2026 increased +3.5%. In June 2026, oncology products drove the market Analyst

Upneeq, a treatment for ptosis, increased +14% MoM, with initial shipments

being absorbed smoothly

On a company-by-company basis for June 2026 (based on Corporation, which may

differ from company-reporting revenue), Daiichi Sankyo continued to maintain the top

position in absolute terms. In April-June 2026, Shionogi rose +57% (transfer of Radicava

and Torii), Santen rose +28% (In the second month following launch, Upneeq, a

treatment for ptosis, increased 14% MoM, while Ryjusea, a treatment for myopia

progression suppression, increased 60% MoM). Daiichi Sankyo increased +0.7%,

Astellas increased +2.7%, Eisai grew +4.1%, and Ono declined -0.9%. Among

multinational companies, Lilly increased +44.1% in January-June 2026 driven by the

Mounjaro effect. Kyowa Kirin fell -6.7% (G-lasta and Romiplate) in January-June 2026.
