Stephen Myrow is Managing Partner of Beacon Policy Advisors LLC, an independent policy

research firm. Before founding Beacon in 2014, he built and managed the policy research

line of business for a Washington-based strategic consulting firm for over four years. Among

Stephen’s roles in the federal government, he served as a senior member of Treasury Secretary

Henry M. Paulson Jr.’s team during the 2008 global financial crisis. He oversaw the design and

operationalization of the Office of the Chief Investment Officer for the Troubled Asset Relief

Program (TARP), including the structuring of TARP participation in the Federal Reserve’s Term

Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF).
