AM Solid, Engines Even Better

Day 1 of the 2026 Farnborough Air Show was off to solid start with 220

new orders (215 firm) w/ 120 for BA and 100 for Airbusin addition to Riyadh

exercising options/firming up orders. Other news included the release of BA's

CMO, significant engine orders, engine selections, and eVTOL orders.

On Day 1, we met with: ATI, Avolon, BAE Systems, CACI, Doncasters Group, Embraer, Firefly

Aerospace, GE Aerospace, Hexcel, JetZero, Karman Space & Defense, Loar Group, Montana

Aerospace, Moog, StandardAero, Textron, Vertical Aerospace, and VSE Corporation.

Aircraft Orders at the Show - 120 for BA, 100 for Airbus. We tally 220 aircraft orders (215 firm)

as of Day 1, with BA securing 120 to Airbus' 100. BA's total includes 100 737 MAX family aircraft,

incl 60 -10s and 40 -8s for SMBC Aviation Capital and 15 Firm + 5 Options for 787-10s from

Philippine Airlines. Airbus also received a 100 A320neo family aircraft order incl 65 A321neo and 35

A320neo from SMBC. Separately, Riyadh Air will exercise options from its 2023 order for 28 787s,

incl the conversion of 20 aircraft to the 787-10, and firmed an order for 6 additional A350-1000s,

increasing its total commitments to 31 aircraft underlying an initial framework agreement for up to

50 A350-1000s announced in 2025.

OE: BA released its Commercial Market Outlook (CMO) for 2026-2045 w/ deliveries of 43,625 (~flat

vs 43,600 last year). The global fleet is expected to expand at 3.0% CAGR (vs 3.1% last year) to

50,095 aircraft in 2045 on 4.0% air traffic growth (vs 4.2% last year). Excluding 1,435 regional jet

deliveries (vs.
