US Neurologist Survey: Longitudinal Prescribing Trends in gMG, CIDP, & DM

Executive Summary

• We conducted the latest iteration of our proprietary longitudinal survey of US neurologists which aims to collect repeated market share snapshots to inform

on physician prescribing habits of novel and established therapies for gMG and CIDP, including Vyvgart, Rystiggo, Imaavy, Uplizna, Zilbrysq, and IVIg/SCIg.

• Our July 2026 survey is the first iteration to also collect data on US neurologists’ prescribing habits in dermatomyositis (DM).

Sample Profile • In this most recent iteration, we analyzed data from 103 US neurologists surveyed in late June/early July 2026. All neurologists that screened in treat both

gMG and CIDP patients. A majority (N=63) also treat DM. Our July survey participants reported treating a collective 5,775 gMG, 2,710 CIDP, and 420 DM

patients.

• 42 respondents in our July iteration participated in at least one prior survey, offering a longitudinal snapshot into prescribing habits.

• Our survey suggests a return to captured Vyvgart share growth in gMG relative to the last several survey iterations, despite an overall maturing of the gMG

market. Total Vyvgart share rose to 22.1% (vs. 19.5% in April 2026). Growth in our July 2026 dataset was driven by Vyvgart PFS and Vyvgart Hytrulo SC (slides

8, 9, & 10).

• Similarly, the total FcRN inhibitor class market share rose to 31.1% vs. 26.7% in April 2026, driven by both Vyvgart and Imaavy (slide 10).

• Importantly, nearly half of patients starting PFS continue to be new-to-Vyvgart, suggesting ongoing expansion into new patients (slide 11).

• Vyvgart currently has the lowest reported percentage of AChR-seronegative gMG patients on therapy (~13%), but we highlight this still translates to a leading
