Speaker Biographies

Eric Johnson is currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at UPTIVE (2025 – Present), a

private company providing technology-enabled industrial and commercial solutions.

Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer (2024–25), President of MW Springs (2023–

24), and Executive Vice President of Sales Operations (2018–23) at MW Industries, Inc.,

a private manufacturer of highly engineered springs, fasteners, and precision components

serving industrial and commercial markets.

Prior to that, he was Senior Director, Product Management and Pricing at John Crane,

Inc. (2014–18), a public industrial technology company specializing in rotating equipment

solutions, engineered products, and reliability services.

Earlier, he served as Senior Pricing Director at Honeywell International Inc. (2013–14), a public

multinational technology and manufacturing company operating across aerospace, industrial
