As we highlighted in our 2Q26 earnings preview, we expected this to come up as a

accuracy the impact (dollar and timing) to suppliers.

That said, VW's 10% reduction from previous capacity plan (~1mm units) is likely a

headwind. Further, it will raise concerns that suppliers with high VW and European

exposure could have a call on cash from higher restructuring as suppliers may need

to rationalize their footprint in tandem with European OEMs. A potential

offsetting positive is that if the supplier remains on platforms, volumes could be
