Bios:

Alan Lau joined Jefferies in June of 2021, following five years of renewable project financing

and M&A experience at ACWA Power. His experience includes five years in Beijing working

closely with Chinese leading financial institutions, Gencos, OEMs on conventional and

renewable power projects in different geographies. Alan held the Chartered Financial Analyst

designation in 2014-2018 and received a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong

Kong.

Bhaskar Chakraborty joined Jefferies in 2020. He has 15 years of experience in Indian capital

markets covering the Oil & Gas sector.
