Petrobras reiterated its commitment to a gradual and just energy transition,

advancing initiatives in biofuel, green hydrogen and renewable power. The

company is progressing with projects such as ethanol co-processing and a hydrogen

pilot, while improving refining efficiency to reduce emissions and increase value-

added output. Petrobras is also expanding into solar generation through strategic

recently, the company announced approval of a US$1.2bn biorefining project at
