SN: Launches PowerDetect Transformer Multi-Function Vacuum System. SharkNinja introduced

the Shark PowerDetect Transformer, a vacuum system that converts between upright, stick, and

handheld formats to consolidate multiple cleaning tools into one device. The product features a

redesigned upright without a traditional hose, alongside technologies that detect dirt, floor type,

and movement to adjust cleaning performance in real time. Additional capabilities include an

auto-empty system, HEPA filtration, odor control, and hair management features, with broad retail

distribution planned beyond initial direct-to-consumer availability.

TKO: Completes $800 Million Accelerated Share Repurchase Program. TKO Group Holdings

completed an $800 million accelerated share repurchase, buying a total of 4,167,298 Class A shares

through an initial delivery of 3,136,179 shares and a final settlement of 1,031,119 shares. The

company funded the program on March 11, 2026, with Morgan Stanley and finalized it on June

30, 2026, as part of its broader capital return strategy. TKO also highlighted its ongoing 10b5-1

plan to repurchase up to an additional $200 million of stock through August 31, 2026, alongside

its quarterly dividend program.
