European Asset Managers: Monthly Monitor: Jun-26: Fund flows improve, driven by fixed income & multi-asset funds

Jun-26: Company-Specific Fund Flows

In this report, we estimate the June 2026 fund flows for the EU/UK asset managers we

cover, based on the information provided by funds reporting daily AUM, flow and

performance statistics (not all funds report daily information; some provide only monthly

data). Given the solid to strong correlations (R-squares of 65-99%) between the

aggregated daily flows and the reported monthly flows (which are usually released with

a 2-4 week lag), we estimate monthly fund flows with relatively high levels of accuracy.

We remind readers that the fund data does not capture the (mostly institutional)

segregated mandate AUMs the companies manage. The companies generally

disclose data on these mandates (e.g. flows, AUMs, etc) only on a quarterly basis.

Quick overview by company

We calculate the June active fund flows for the EU/UK asset managers we cover to have

been +€2.7bn (equal to +2.9% of AUMs, annualised), as flows continue the slow

recovery from the March outflows (following the start of the Middle East conflict). This

marked the 12th month of inflows in the past 13 months. June flows were driven by

inflows into fixed income and multi-asset funds as equity fund flows were flat.

We calculate Jupiter generated the strongest active fund inflows in June (+23% of

AUMs, annualised). Meanwhile, Ashmore and aberdeen recorded the sharpest outflows

last month, equal to -35% and -16% of AUMs on an annualised basis, respectively.

1. Jupiter - We calculate JUP had fund inflows of +£870m in June, equal to +23% of

fund AUMs (ann.). This marks the 13th straight month of inflows for the firm after
