Our analysis of iOS gaming data (RMB) shows grossing declined MoM

in Jun, similar to last year, due to seasonality. For Tencent, Delta Force

increased sequentially in 2Q. Performance for Roco Kingdom: World is

better than Honor of Kings: World. For NetEase, Eggy Party and FWJ

maintained solid grossing growth on YoY. For BILI, San Mou's grossing in

2Q is better than 1Q, mainly due to solid performance in Jun. In movies, box

office declined MoM and YoY in Jun.

Online games performance for the month of Jun 2026. According to Sensor Tower, and based

on our estimates in RMB terms, China iOS grossing declined by about 13% MoM in Jun, similar

to the trends last year, due to seasonality. For Tencent, Delta Force increased sequentially in 2Q

while grossing in Jun is lower than Apr/May. For VALORANT Mobile, grossing declined MoM

in Jun. Performance for Roco Kingdom: World is better than Honor of Kings: World throughout

2Q. For NetEase, Eggy Party and FWJ maintained solid grossing growth on YoY basis. For BILI,

San Mou's grossing in 2Q is better than 1Q, mainly due to solid performance in Jun.

163 games received approval in June 26. According to a release from National Press and

Publication Administration (NPPA), these include 152 for mobile, 3 for client-based, 7 for both

mobile and client-based, and 1 for both mobile and website. Tencent received approval for AX

Heatwave (Casual), and Century Huatong received approval for Pocket Legends (MMORPG).

Separately, there were 6 approvals on changes to existing status, including Tencent: Rules of

Engagement: The Grey State (PvEvP) add client-based version.
