Embraer Executive Jets Overview: Executive Jets is a meaningful part of Embraer’s portfolio,

representing 30% of revenues and profits across a broader enterprise that also includes

commercial, defense and services. The Executive Jets portfolio competes in four segments; entry-

level, light, midsize and super-midsize, with the Phenom family and Praetor family positioned around

clean-sheet design, performance, technology, comfort and after-sale support. The Phenom 300E

remains a long-standing category leader, while Praetor 500/600E products are driving share gains

in midsize/ super-midsize.

Market Share Gains Reflect Product Strength. Global demand remains strong across Embraer’s

served segments, with sustained sales momentum, backlog growth and share gains. On Embraer's

cut of the market, the company notes share grew to 33% of the light jet market in 2025 and to

19% in the super mid-size market. The Phenom 300E has maintained leadership for 14 years, while

the Praetor family is taking share in midsize and super-midsize categories. Growth is supported by

retail demand, corporate flight departments, HNW/UHNW customers and fleet operators.
