100 clients will rely on Guardian Jet’s fleet plans, which serve as 5-10 year capital planning tools for fleet

replacement timing, aircraft selection and base structure decisions. Guardian Jet also buys >30 new

aircraft annually on behalf of customers, putting advised purchase volume near the largest industry

buyers, while representing clients rather than buying aircraft for its own account.

Vault Platform Reinforces Transparency And Client Engagement. The Vault is Guardian Jet’s 24/7

customer portal, providing aircraft valuation data, transaction history, technical libraries, legal libraries,

inspection schedules, cost data, budgeting tools and market information. The platform was built from

Guardian Jet’s internal valuation work and is intended to make the firm a pricing clearinghouse for the

industry across ~150 aircraft models. Customers can review aircraft for sale globally, Guardian Jet’s

valuation view, recent sales and relevant documentation without needing to call the firm, reinforcing

transparency while still supporting the advisory relationship.

Residual Value Analysis Matters More As Prices Rise. Aircraft ownership remains a capital allocation

decision, and residual value can create meaningful economic differences between models. Guardian

Jet’s depreciation work highlighted how relatively modest differences in residual value assumptions

can translate into $1MM of value on a $12MM aircraft over a relatively short ownership period.
