HAPV inaugurates clinical research center in SP: Yesterday Hapvida

inaugurated a new Clinical Research Center in São Paulo as part of its strategy

to expand its participation in pharmaceutical industry-sponsored studies.

Located in the Santa Cecília district and staffed by 25 professionals, the

center aims to enrol approximately 1.4k patients in new clinical studies in

2026.

BLAU3 R$17.5mn IoC announced: Blau announced yesterday the distribution of

R$17,5mn in IoC (R$0.075/share). Payment will be made on July 7th and will

be based on shareholding position on Jun 25th (with shares trading ex IoC on

Jun 26th). The total amount will be allocated and will deduct the amount of

the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year 2026.

More than half of SUS drug-related litigation involves incorporated

technologies: A survey presented by Interfarma found that 57.5% of medicines

subject to litigation in Brazil had already been incorporated into, or

recommended for incorporation into SUS. According to Interfarma's Director,

Helaine Capucho, the findings suggest a direct link between delays in making

therapies available to patients and the rising volume of healthcare-related

litigation.
