We have seen continued enterprise AI roll-outs and partnerships between LLM

companies and pharma (e.g. SNOW/SAN partnership, NVS CEO joining Anthropic

board). However, we think that into 2Q earnings, we could see a re-focusing on

At a recent investor event, Abridge (private) positioned itself as moving beyond

an AI scribe to a full “clinician intelligence platform” embedded across the care

workflow—supporting pre-visit preparation, real-time clinical decision making,

and post-visit documentation, billing, and claims. We previously highlighted this

potential shift amongst scribes following our Future of Healthcare Private

Company Symposium, where we hosted Abridge competitor Deepscribe for a

fireside and investor dinner (see takes here).

The platform expansion—spanning compliance, coding, and decision support

—could signal a broader ambition to become the system-of-record for clinical

conversations and a connective layer between providers and payers, addressing
