returns, which should continue to be supported by the company’s cash generation capabilities. In our view, this remains a

relevant differentiating factor at current valuation levels.

Kenvue and Private Label Expand the Opportunity Set — While KCM’s traditional categories remain the foundation of the

investment case, we believe investors should not overlook emerging growth opportunities. The company’s entry into private

label creates an opportunity to participate in additional market segments while leveraging existing manufacturing and

distribution capabilities. Likewise, the potential acquisition of Kenvue’s Mexican assets could expand category exposure and

create commercial and operational synergies. While visibility remains limited, both initiatives provide incremental growth

avenues and could gradually diversify KCM’s earnings profile.

Oil Prices Remain the Key Variable to Watch — The principal risk to our thesis remains input cost inflation, given KCM’s

exposure to oil-linked raw materials and derivatives, including resins and other petrochemical inputs. Recent geopolitical

tensions in the Middle East have reinforced the potential volatility of these costs, and a sustained increase in oil prices could

pressure margins. That said, crude prices have retreated from recent highs, while the stronger peso continues to provide an

important offset for dollar-denominated inputs. In addition, procurement coverage should help limit near-term earnings

volatility. While commodity costs remain an important variable to monitor into 2H26, the current setup appears more favorable

than feared just a few weeks ago.
