Siemens is undergoing a structural shift toward a focused “ONE Tech Company”, where

sustainability is fully integrated across its business model through three customer value

propositions: Decarbonization & Energy Efficiency, Resource Efficiency and Circularity, and

People Centricity & Society, built on a foundation of Ethics & Governance. The company’s

own sustainability DEGREE framework has recently been refreshed with more ambitious 2030

targets and a stronger focus on operational execution and customer impact.

In parallel, Siemens is leveraging its leadership in automation and electrification to combine the

real and digital worlds, using tools such as Industrial AI and Digital Twins to deliver efficiency,

emissions reduction and cost savings for its customers, strengthening their resilience and

competitiveness, while progressing toward its own net zero ambitions.
