Liferaft, Security Risk Intelligence and Pinkerton. Security Risk intelligence is a

network of analysts across the world, with 24/7 coverage and leveraging all the data

of Securitas to deliver clear intelligence/security advice for clients. Thanks to this

data Securitas can uncover potential upcoming disruption/threats and pro-actively

warn clients. With a ~$21bn addressable market growing at over 10%, Securitas

believes it has an early-mover advantage in delivering fully integrated, intelligence-

led security solutions.

AI capabilities. Technology is central to extending human capabilities within the

security industry. Securitas integrates an AI layer between physical hardware and

end users, enabling use across existing infrastructure. In video monitoring, AI

evolution is moving from motion detection to object classification and, with GenAI,

toward contextual understanding of events in real time. This enhances risk detection

and enables tailored monitoring services, which also drive recurring revenues but

also higher quality of service and significant efficiency gains.. AI is therefore, in

management's view, both an efficiency tool and a growth driver, supporting higher-

value service offerings.

Global clients. Global clients represent 20% of sales and have grown at a 13%

CAGR since 2020, significantly outpacing the market. The data centre vertical is a
