The company also noted that it began operations at its previously announced Texas

contract several weeks ago. As we previously noted, the first Texas site is likely the

Caprock community supporting the Meitner Energy Center, where Aramark is

directly contracted with Google. For context, management previously indicated

that each of the two sites awarded under the initial contract is expected to generate

more than $100m of annual revenue per site.

Our forecasts are unchanged and contemplate contributions from the two

previously announced Nexus sites beginning in FY27. We see upside to our FY26

estimates given that operations have begun at the earlier announced sites though

we suspect that the ramp-up to full occupancy will take some time. Given the new
