ESMO 2026 Upcoming Presentations Relevant to the Goodwin Universe

metostat as we await competitor PFE's upcoming Ph. 3

MEVPRO-1 data in post-abi mCRPC, a key derisking catalyst for the class (see our

note here). PFE will be presenting safety and efficacy of mevrometostat monotherapy

in mCRPC patients at the conference which is likely to be viewed as incremental given

the combo-focused development plan for PRC2 inhibitors in mCRPC.

• SMMT/ their partner Akeso will present multiple updates for ivonescimab in non-NSCLC

solid tumors including: glioblastoma (ivo + dose-dense temozolomide, endometrial

cancer, borderline resectable pancreatic cancer (ivo + GnP), esophageal squamous cell

carcinoma (ivo + chemo). Investor focus for SMMT coming out of ASCO 2026 (see

our recap here) remains on SMMT's global Ph. 3 HARMONi-3-SQ trial of ivonescimab

+ chemo in 1L squamous NSCLC with final PFS and interim OS guided for 2H26.

Moreover, we are approaching SMMT's first PDUFA date (Nov. 14th ) for ivo + chemo in

2L EGFRm NSCLC based on the Ph. 3 HARMONi trial (see our recap here).

• BCAX’s competitor JNJ will present results from their Ph. 1b/2 OrigAMI-4 study of

amivantamab (EGFR x cMET bispecific) + pembro + carboplatin in 1L r/m HNSCC

patients, a key emerging competitor notable for the addition of chemo to the combo (vs.

just + pembro for BCAX, GMAB). Recall, BCAX is currently enrolling the Ph. 3 portion of

the FORTIFI-HN01 trial of ficera + pembro in 1L with substantial enrollment by YE2026

and interim analysis in mid-2027 to support potential accelerated approval. Investors

will continue looking for signs of differentiation between ficera and other EGFR-targeted

bispecifics (i.e. JNJ, GMAB) but near-term focus centers on potential readout timing for

the Ph.
