•• Beijing plans token factories with additional 50,000P of smart computing power

capacity in the second half of 2026: According to 36kr, the city of Beijing plans to formulate

policies for the “token economy”, building token factories across key sectors such as

manufacturing, education, and tourism. Beijing aims to increase computing power supply by

adding 50,000P of smart computing power in the second half of this year.

•• Guangzhou proposes transition to the sales of completed home properties to stabilize

real estate market: According to 36kr, Guangzhou plans to promote the policy of completed

home property sales, offering preferential land prices and public resource support to such

developers in the next five-year period. Guangzhou will also reform the financing and credit

policy for real estate developers to satisfy reasonable project-level financing needs.
