Meet the Speaker

Saul Factor

Mr. Saul Factor is currently the President of Factor Health Care Consulting LLC (10/2020 -

Present) and a Strategic Advisor at Express Rx (01/2022 - Present). He is also on the Board

of Directors for Richtech Robotics (11/2023 - Present). Prior to this, Mr. Factor was

President at Smith Drug Company (05/2018 - 09/2020) and was concurrently President of

Burlington Drug Company (05/2018- 09/2020), which was acquired by Smith Drug

Company in 2016. He was previously the President of QS/1, which offers the industry's

leading software platforms to effectively manage independent, retail, chain and long-term

care pharmacies (07/2017- 05/2018). Prior to that, he was EVP of Corporate Strategy at

Accord Healthcare Ltd (08/2016 - 03/2017). Before that, he was President of Global Strategy

at McKesson Corporation (04/2010 - 06/2016). He was also Senior Vice President Generics

at McKesson (2006-2010). Additionally, he spent three years as COO at RxAmerica, LLC

(03/2003 - 04/2006).

Glen Santangelo joined Barclays in 2025 as a Managing

Director with responsibility for covering the Health Care

Technology & Distribution and Specialty Pharmaceutical

industries. Glen has over three decades of equity research

experience, spending the majority of his research career at

Credit Suisse where he ultimately held the position of Co-

head of North American Research. He has since held

analyst positions at Guggenheim Securities and more

recently Jefferies. He has been recognized consistently

over his tenure in the Extel All-America Survey as one of

the leading analysts in each of his respective industries.
