Andrew Lobbenberg is head of the Barclays European

Transport equity research team following aviation stocks.

He joined Barclays in 2023 and has been an equity

research analyst since 2000, most recently at HSBC,

achieving consistent high rankings in the II and Extel

transport surveys. Prior to becoming an analyst Andrew

worked in corporate planning for Delta Air Lines, as an

academic teaching the Air Transport Planning MSc at

Cranfield University, as an aviation paralegal at Wilmer

Hale and as an economist at the UK CAA. He has an MSc in

Economics from the LSE and BA Hons in Politics

Philosophy and Economics from Balliol College Oxford.

Maurice Patrick is a Managing Director within European

Telecommunication Services Equity Research, co-

ordinates Barclays' Telecoms Equity Research globally and

has 20 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry. The

Telecommunications team ranked No 1 in the 2024 Extel

survey. Prior to joining Barclays in 2009, he was an

Executive Director at JPMorgan and at Bear Stearns.

Maurice has been an equity analyst since 2002 and has

worked in the Telecoms industry at BT and O2. Maurice

has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, an

MSc in Telecommunications from the University of

London, and a BSc in Physics and French from the

University of Bristol.

Mathieu Robilliard is a Director within Equity Research at

Barclays. He is co-head of the European Telecom sector

team and covers European/Latam telecom companies and

the Satellite Services sector globally. The
