Meet the Analysts

William Grippin, CFA, began his sell-side career at Barclays

in 2016 and rejoined the firm in 2025 as a Director and

Senior Equity Research Analyst covering North America

Environmental Services. Prior to his return, he served as a

Director at UBS from 2017, covering the Clean Energy and

Environmental Services sector. The team earned a #1

ranking in the 2024 Extel sell-side research survey for the

Clean Energy category. Before transitioning to equity

research, Mr. Grippin spent five years at General Electric in

various corporate finance roles. He holds a Bachelor of

Science in Finance from Bentley University and is a CFA

charterholder.
