Overview: Earlier this morning, Marex announced an agreement to acquire Bright Point U.S. Brokers, Asset Managers &

International (BPI), a Singapore-headquarted clearing business which would expand the Exchanges

expand further into the APAC region which is currently a small portion of revenues (~HSD% of

Mason Flemingrevenues and PBT) but a strategic growth area for the firm.
