PacifiCorp appellate reversal under review 06 July 2026
On June 25th, the Oregon Supreme Court (OSC) agreed to hear the petition for review of High Grade Credit
the appellate decision which reversed and remanded the James class action back to trial United States
court. The hearing will occur at 1:30pm PT on November 3rd, 2026. In response, S&P Utilities
announced PacifiCorp’s ratings and outlook are unaffected by the decision to review, but
