• R2000 Angelini Pharma S.p.A (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire Catalyst Pharmaceuticals for cash. In the transaction, each share of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals will be exchanged for $31.50 in cash. The merger

was approved at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals’ shareholder meeting on July 8, 2026. Catalyst Pharmaceuticals will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.
